General Hospital writers have been shocking fans with new details revealing just how dark and evil Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) really is. He has been secretly working with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) to destroy Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). As it turns out, Willow was not stealing drugs from the hospital; Sidwell has been supplying the nontraceable meds being injected into her new husband. Since he’s been helping her, he has her right where he wants her. She only thought she was in control now. Wrong. Now she must do whatever he wants her to or risk losing her children forever. Plus, now, it turns out that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) also has shocking ties to the biggest villain in Port Charles. He’s actually Nathan’s twin brother, Cassius Faison.

General Hospital To Reveal More About Shooting

General Hospital fans were picking their jaws up off the floor when it was revealed that Willow has been plotting to take down her husband with Sidwell. He’s proven many times already that he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He’s paid off a judge and then killed her. Sidwell murdered Professor Dalton and blackmailed Laura Collins (Genie Francis). He has Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) wrapped around his finger as well, threatening to withhold lifesaving meds. He and Cullum are both evil monsters working to get Faison’s final project carried out and also eliminate Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Now, just before Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was shot, he smashed the vials of medication she was about to run away with, showing even more of how cruel he can be.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) showed up to save the day. However, Britt and Jason’s plans ended up going south. After it appeared that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Cullum to save Jason, Nathan West or Cassius Faison showed up immediately after. Since everyone now knows that he’s working with Sidwell and Cullum, it’s not hard to imagine that he somehow played a role in this mess on the pier.

Jason took the fall for the shooting to protect Rocco. Nathan went along with it all and helped Rocco get away from the scene. The big twist will be that Rocco didn’t really shoot Cullum. He admits he has never fired a gun before, and he also doesn’t remember shooting him. Coincidence? Probably not. Chances are that Nathan is the one who really pulled the trigger. He let Jason take the fall because he, along with Sidwell and Cullum, needed Jason out of the picture. Jason was getting too close to Britt and the truth. He could have had a silencer on the gun. Rocco possibly only thinks it was his bullet that hit Cullum.

Reasons Behind This Shocking Possibility

First of all, Ryan Paevey already said he wouldn’t return to the role of Nathan West on General Hospital for a vanilla storyline. So far, his time on the show has been just that until this week. Now, as Cassius Faison, he has a lot of logs in the fire. He is trying to portray his goody two-shoes brother, Nathan, while concealing his identity and working with Sidwell and Cullum to get the project completed.

It turns out he is the one who snapped the photo of Laura and Sonny with Dalton’s body in her trunk. “Nathan” seems to always show up at the most perfect time.

Obviously, everyone now knows that Nathan is the inside informant at the PCPD who has given information to Sidwell. He helped Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) with Drew’s shooting case. He saw the evidence they had and reported it all back to Sidwell, giving him the upper hand. Sidwell knows what he is doing, and he has a lot of tricks up his sleeve. Right now, his rage is so great after losing Marco that anything is possible. Will Cassius end up being a cold-hearted killer? Ryan Paevey spoke of his new identity and said that he has some not-so-great moments in his past, but he’s not as bad as his father, Cesar Faison.

Everyone in this evil circle seems to be hiding secrets.

What do you think will happen next? Are you shocked that Nathan is really Cassius? Do you think he could have really shot Cullum to frame Jason?
