‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Villainous Heather Webber Returns

General Hospital spoilers reveal that villainous Heather Webber is returning to Port Charles. She has wreaked a whole lot of havoc over the years, and now she’s back for more. Alley Mills will be returning to the role. She was last seen on the soap two years ago. Remember, Heather was known as “The Hook” killer and even supposedly killed Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Of course, everyone knows now that Britt faked her death. Heather was locked up but later released from Pentonville after it was determined that there was poisoned cobalt in her hip replacement. It was said this could have caused her violent behavior. Heather was escorted out of Port Charles and was supposed to never return, until now. 

General Hospital: Alley Mills Returns As Heather Webber

Look out, Port Charles, there’s an old villain back in town beginning November 5. General Hospital executive producer Frank Valentini confirmed to TV Insider that Alley Mills is resuming her role as Heather Webber. He spoke highly of Mills, saying, “We’re thrilled to have Alley Mills back as Heather. There’s never a dull moment when Heather Webber is in Port Charles, and Alley is ready to stir up some trouble!” Mills won two Daytime Emmys for her portrayal of the crazy villain in 2023 and again in 2025.

Right now, there is no word on why Heather is returning or what chaos she will stir up this time around.

Heather Through the Years

Heather Webber has done some horrible things throughout the years. She sold her son with Jeff Webber to Diana Taylor (Brooke Bundy), who named him P.J. She did this after Jeff refused to leave Monica Webber. Heather lied and said she lost the baby. Once she did finally marry Jeff and had an actual miscarriage, she decided to try to get her son back from Diana. She planned to drive Diana crazy with LSD but instead accidentally took it herself. She wound up institutionalized. When she was out, she faked being insane to land herself back in the sanitarium so she would have an alibi for killing Diana. However, someone else beat her to it.

Heather has tried to get the Quartermaine fortune and even tried to have someone kill her doctor. She committed kidnappings, attempted murders, and so forth. She was in and out of lockup until finally The Hook struck and landed her behind bars, only to be freed down the road. 

Now, she is back, and there’s a chance she’s still trying to get her hands on someone’s fortune. Plus, how will Britt and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) react to seeing Heather again? Could Heather be behind the mystery surrounding JJE?
