Did Liz Johnston Have An Average Size Baby Or A Dwarf?

7 Little Johnstons star Liz Johnston and Brice Bolden went to social media to share that their baby was here. She along with the rest of the family shared photos of the baby and how excited they were for her birth. Now that the baby is here, fans are already wondering if Liz and Brice’s baby will be an average size like him or if she will have dwarfism like Liz.  Keep reading to find out what is known.

Is Liz Johnston and Brice Bolden’s baby average size or a dwarf?

Fans are eager to know if 7 Little Johnstons star Liz Johnston and Brice Bolden’s baby is average size or if she will have dwarfism. So far the couple has not really addressed the topic. In fact, fans have not even known about Liz being pregnant for very long.

She and Brice went to Instagram on September 28 to share that they were having a baby in November. At the time she said it was the biggest secret they had ever kept but they were so excited.

Today, Liz and Brice shared that their daughter was born on November 3. They shared photos and videos of their sweet girl and said,  “11/03/2023 Leighton Drew Bolden 5lbs 10oz 19 inches long of pure sweetness🥰 we couldn’t be more in love with you!!!”

So, is the baby average size? From looking at the photos and videos of Leighton, fans are speculating that she is average size. By looking at her head and facial features, it seems that she does not have dwarfism like her mother. There was a 50% chance the baby could be a dwarf or average size.

What are the symptoms of dwarfism?

According to People, The Johnston family all have a form of dwarfism called Achondroplasia. There are prominent features that help to distinguish if a person has this genetic form of dwarfism.

Some of those features are a prominent forehead (frontal bossing) and a depressed nasal bridge. The baby could also have an underdeveloped midface and relative jawbone prominence. Plus there could be an underdeveloped cheekbone.

The videos and photos of their baby do not reveal these features. Other features of this sort of dwarfism are short-appearing fingers with the ring and middle fingers pointing in opposite directions giving the hand a three-pronged (trident) appearance. It seems Liz Johnston’s first baby is average size.
