‘General Hospital’ Gio Ends Up On Hit List, Life In Danger?

General Hospital fans are trying to figure out who Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) stalker is. It’s getting rather creepy as this person keeps pinning photos of her up on a board.  Fans already suspect that Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will be killed off in the daytime drama. The stalker wants him out of her life, so what better way to do it than to eliminate him altogether? Then there is Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). He has returned to music again at the urging of his mom, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). However, his closeness with Trina might trigger the stalker. Is his life in danger?

General Hospital: Will Gio End Up Hurt or Dead?

General Hospital has been teasing fans about Trina’s stalker. Writers are beginning to show just how obsessed this person is with her. Speculation online has been intense, with everyone wondering who it is. Some believe it is Simon Craft (Grady Eldridge), while others think it is Kai’s friend Quinn targeting Trina. One fan suggested that perhaps Spencer Cassadine will be making a Port Charles return. Who knows, maybe it’s a female stalker. 

Regardless, the stalker wants Trina all to themselves. Kai is the obvious first target that needs to go away. Then there is Gio. Simon has been pushing for Gio and Trina to pretend they are in a romantic relationship to drive up sales and popularity. So far, they have not agreed to do it, but that might change. They could figure there is no harm in a little flirting with each other on stage to further their careers. 

They know it’s not real. Trina is in love with Kai, while Gio is in love with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner). However, the stalker does not know if it’s real or not, so this might put Gio in grave danger. The big question is: will he be targeted, and will he survive an attack?

If something happens to Gio, Brook Lynn will feel guilty for pushing Gio back into music.

The Brennan Mystery

There is also a lot of talk surrounding the disappearance of WSB Chief Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). He is allegedly dead and buried in a shallow grave in the woods. Will someone find his body soon, or will they stumble upon an empty grave? Rumors are flying that maybe he’s not really dead. 

All of this is pure speculation at this point, but what a story both of these scenarios would be! What do you think will happen next?
