‘General Hospital’ Fan Speculation: Who Shot Drew Cain?

General Hospital fans are finally getting the whodunit they have been wanting. Drew Cain getting shot comes right on the heels of multiple threats against his life. Plus, Judge Heran was just pulled from the water after being strangled to death. The talk of Port Charles and amongst GH fans is who actually pulled the trigger and shot Drew. There are lots of theories. Let’s break them down.

General Hospital Fan Theories On Who Shot Drew

General Hospital fans are trying to find clues as to who shot Drew Cain. He was enjoying a drink and thinking about Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) when someone walked in and pulled the trigger. A shocked Drew fell to the floor. Whoever was in the house with him walked up and shot him once again in the back.

Drew closed his eyes. Is he dead? Will he survive? These are questions everyone is eager to know. Mathison has denied that he’s leaving the soap, but fans aren’t so sure. Regardless of whether he lives or dies, everyone wants to know who to send thank-you baskets to.

The shadow seen above Drew’s limp, bleeding body, everyone has decided, looks like a woman. They went so far as to say the hair looks like a bob cut. Of course, this makes it look like Willow snapped after learning of the judge’s demise. However, there’s about zero chance writers would make it that obvious.

Another possibility is Portia Robinson. Some fans think the hair could belong to her, pulled back and probably wet from the storm raging outside. Again, another fairly obvious possibility.

At first, some speculated that it could be Scout. However, since this person walked up and shot him again point-blank, there is no chance it’s his very young daughter holding the weapon. The other option, which seems like a real possibility, is Collette. She’s the double agent working with Jack Brennan. She’s also working with Jenz Sidwell, who is the most likely suspect for taking out the judge.

There Are More Options

It could turn out that the killer is not a woman at all. Danny is another possibility. He doesn’t want to stop seeing Scout and will be served with a restraining order once Jason Morgan returns from Croatia. He could have decided this is best for everyone if Drew were just gone. Jason has guns that he could get his hands on. He seems to be a top possibility.

It could also be someone working for Sidwell. Jenz did say that Drew was becoming a liability and very expendable.

Some fans have even suggested the shooter could be Aunt Stella. This also seems highly unlikely, but at this point, everyone is a suspect.
