‘Young & Restless’ Tucker McCall Back In Unexpected Way

Young & the Restless seems to be bringing back Tucker McCall in a very unexpected way. Tucker was always deemed as this businessman who wanted nothing more than to take over everyone’s companies. Everyone was paranoid over the possibility of this happening. He had supposed alliances that never surfaced, and he could always be seen sitting around, throwing back some scotch. It turns out McCall really wanted to get back his ex and his children. Now, this familiarity is surfacing once again.

Young & Restless Brings Back Tucker & Fans Do Not Like It

Young & Restless fans are not happy with the show bringing back Tucker McCall in a very unexpected way. No, he’s not physically there appearing on the soap. However, a storyline is playing out on the show right now that seems very familiar to many fans. Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) seems to be following in the steps of McCall.

According to a recent report, fans are picking up on the huge similarities between McCall and Ashby. Much like McCall, there was a lot leading up to the moment when all hell broke loose. After all the drama surrounding the murders and the trip overseas, Cane decided to reveal his plans to wreak havoc on Genoa City.

Recall that McCall tried to ruin an Abbott ceremony with a helicopter. Everything was hyped up, but turned out to be nothing exciting. Now that they are all back in Genoa City, he’s setting more of his plans into motion.

Just like McCall, Cane has been pleading for Lily to take him back. She has not given in and doesn’t seem like she will. The similarities between the two storylines are so close that Cane even threw a scotch glass against the wall just like McCall did.

What Are Fans Saying?

Fans have been talking about the latest storyline surrounding Cane Ashby, and they are not invested. Many say that they are bored with it, and the entire storyline is overdone. Some have even said they fell asleep before the end of the show. Another fan noted they would rather have been counting grains of sand than watching this same story play out once again.

Fans are hoping that writers can turn things around soon. They would be more intrigued by Cane Ashby if he were to be able to actually take over Victor’s company. A lot of chaos would come if this were to happen. In the meantime, everyone seems to be sick of the same story as McCall playing out once again.
