TLC ‘Little Singles’ Sneak Peek Brings Love Triangles, Chaos

TLC is bringing the dwarfs back to television. This time, the show is focusing on little people looking for love in today’s world. Little Singles is bringing five friends together and who are meeting up in Palm Beach to try to find someone to share their lives with. What they are not anticipating is the chaos, secrets, and love triangles that will come with it. The first trailer for the new reality show hit the airwaves this week, and fans are already chiming in their excitement for the new series. What can fans expect during this premiere season? TLC Introduces Little Singles 

Get ready for fun and drama as these five friends, who met at a little people convention, instantly formed bonds and now have the vacation of a lifetime. A synopsis for the show reads, “Living in an average-sized world comes with daily challenges, from accessibility and social stigma to dating and self-confidence. In this house, everyone is on equal footing, creating a space where they can fully be themselves.”

The show’s synopsis goes on to say, “What begins as a carefree getaway among friends quickly evolves into a chosen‑family experience. With a mix of personalities, relationship histories and different forms of dwarfism, the group explores what love, honesty and truly belonging really mean.”

The show will focus on these five characters. John (28) is known as the heart and glue of the house. Stephanie (31) is known for her big personality and even bigger heart. While Sammy (26) has a loud and magnetic presence and also thrives as the life of the party. These three are known as the three amigos. What John does not know is that Stephanie and Sammy are secretly romantically involved. 

Then there is Krista (30), who is known as the charismatic “princess” of the group. Finally, there’s  JJ (37), who is a bold and fearless lifelong performer. She makes a return to Palm Springs and is hoping to have some fun after a failed relationship. JJ shares that she is hoping to let loose and also reveals that she’s been on tour with Miley Cyrus in the past.

Love Triangle Brewing

Little does Stephanie know that Sammy also has an attraction to Krista. This will create some drama and a love triangle. When the truth comes out about Sammy and Stephanie and Sammy and Krista, it threatens their friendships and brings chaos. In the preview, Krista tells the group she’s never been with a little person, to which Sammy tells her there is a first for everything. Stephanie looks over, rather shocked and annoyed by his comment to Krista. 

What will happen between these five friends? Will anyone actually find love? 

Little Singles premieres on Monday, June 15, at 9 p.m. ET. New episodes will be available to stream on HBO Max the day after airing.
