7 Little Johnstons star Amber Johnston went to Instagram to share some exciting news with fans. She received news that she has the opportunity to change her life. How would she do that?

Amber was accepted into graduate school. Attending LSU and earning her graduate degree will open many doors for Amber professionally. Plus, she will be furthering her education. It looks like Amber will be attending Louisiana State University to pursue a higher degree in social work. When she is done with the program she will have an MSW degree which is a Masters of Social Work.

It seems the second half of 2023 was wonderful for Amber. Her daughter Liz was expecting and gave birth to Amber and Trent’s first grandchild in early November. Since then the family has been gushing over baby Leighton Drew.

Other exciting news

It won’t be too much longer before a brand new season of 7 Little Johnstons will be released. Amber Johnston shared a reminder on Instagram that Season 14 will be coming to TLC on March 12, 2024. The show will air on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET.

An official synopsis for Season 14 has also been released. It says,

This season marks the beginning of some major new chapters for the Johnston family. With Emma and Alex starting senior year of high school, Trent and Amber inch closer to entering the empty nester phase of their lives and decide to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary all year long, complete with mystery dates and a salsa dance performance,” the description read. “Meanwhile, Anna becomes the first Johnston child to own a home, while Emma struggles to make real friendships. Alex and Allie’s relationship hits a rocky patch as the distance wears on the young couple. Jonah leans into his new hobby of BBQing and considers the possibility of making a career out of it. Finally, Liz and Brice reveal a big secret they’ve been keeping from the entire family.

So, it sounds like Liz and Brice will be revealing their pregnancy news on Season 14. Right now it’s unknown when they stopped filming for the upcoming season.

In the meantime, Amber and Trent are loving their new roles as Boppa and Lolli to little Leighton.
