‘General Hospital’ Drew Cain Isn’t Himself, But It’s Not What You Think

General Hospital fans really want to see Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) taken down a notch or two. He didn’t used to be this evil. He was a respectable Navy SEAL at one point. Now, he’s a congressman and up to no good. Many have been speculating that he’s really someone else who is either wearing a mask or has had plastic surgery. However, when the truth finally comes out, everyone may find that it is not at all what they were thinking.

General Hospital Drew Cain Will Be Exposed Soon

General Hospital fans are about to see twin brother Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) get very suspicious of Drew. Of course, nobody’s perfect, but Drew went from being a somewhat decent human to being pure evil. It all happened after the extreme beating he took in prison.

Fans have been speculating that Drew could really be Shiloh in disguise. Perhaps the real Drew Cain is being held captive somewhere and providing information as needed. It wouldn’t be the first time a soap has had someone undergo surgery to look like someone else.

However, there is another possibility that is just as dramatic and dark. Perhaps Drew is being controlled by someone else. Mind control is also nothing new in the world of soap operas. Brainwashing and mind control have been seen on GH in the past.

If Drew is being mind-controlled, then who is behind it all? Well, based on how Drew is acting, the obvious choice would be Shiloh. Drew is treating Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) just like Shiloh did. It’s like they both had her in a daze and doing everything they wanted. However, there is another option.

What if the person behind it all is Willow’s twin, Nelle? Yes, everyone thought Nelle was dead and gone, but what if she isn’t? Or, since anything is possible on soaps, what if Nelle and Shiloh are both alive and want Willow’s kids and their ELQ shares?

Yes, it seems far-fetched, but something is happening that will bring a complete shock factor to fans once it’s revealed. If anyone can figure out this master scheme, it will be Jason.

Will Drew Get His Life Back?

If Drew Cain is being controlled, will he ever be given his real life back? Well, if it can be discovered what is happening, perhaps Jason can help him break the spell, so to speak. Through some kind of process or procedure, there is a chance he could be returned to normal.

If that were to happen, it would also send Willow into a deeper spiral, especially if she were to learn it’s really Shiloh and/or Nelle behind it all.

Writers haven’t revealed which direction they are going with Drew. Will he be killed off only to make a comeback six months down the road? Is he really just flat out evil, or is he someone else? There are a lot of possible theories to explain Drew’s manipulative, evil behavior.
