Bold & Beautiful spoilers indicate that Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) is about to be the center of an investigation. Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) commented on Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) current records following an experimental surgery. He notes how remarkable it is that Liam is doing so well after such a second traumatic surgery in a matter of days. Everyone marvels at how Liam is a medical miracle. Bold & Beautiful Dr. Grace Buckingham saw an opportunity, and she pounced on it. Liam Spencer falling and hitting his head at Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) house was the answer to Grace’s prayers. He had been having some issues with not feeling great, and the underlying medical condition revealed an inoperable brain tumor.

Knowing how much money and power Dollar Bill has made, Liam is the perfect candidate for deception. She has been acting sketchy from the get-go. When Liam was shot, Grace was adamant bout stating that Liam is her patient. However, Finn did the surgery. She didn’t like it, but she went on with it.

Grace has been giving him medication that has no doubt been making him feel bad. She had to keep the charade going strong. After all, desperate times call for desperate measures.

Once Bill made his way into Liam’s hospital room, Grace presented him with a possible experimental surgery that would cost $1 million, but it could save Liam’s life. They jumped on it. She claimed her colleague would be doing this surgery. When the surgery started, viewers realized it was really Grace behind the scalpel. Her colleague was really just a nurse or medical tech.

She kept speaking to Bill, ensuring he wired the money as promised. Spoilers indicate that perhaps the whole thing was a big fat lie.

What Really Happened?

Finn is already questioning what Grace has done. After being told he is dying, Liam is suddenly tumor-free with great margins based on the latest MRI. What gives?

What really happened is that Grace saw an opportunity to settle her ex-husband’s gambling debts. Spoilers say she could have been willing to do anything because there were threats being made to her family. She’s always been an ethical doctor, so something pushed her to deceive Liam and everyone around him.

When Grace did her “experimental surgery,” it’s almost a given that she cut his head open without ever actually going to his brain. She wanted it to look like her colleague went in and removed this tumor when, in reality, the tumor never existed to begin with.

Now, Liam will get this second shot at life and spend his days with his girls, while Grace has money to pay off her debts thanks to Bill.

It won’t be long until Finn uncovers the truth. Things seem fishy to him, and spoilers say he will start questioning Grace and start reviewing all of Liam’s records. The scans were probably stolen from online to make it look like Liam was dying.

Right now, Grace and her colleague are heroes, but in the end, the truth will come out, and Grace will pay for what she’s done.

After all this time, viewers finally have their answer: Scott Clifton is not leaving Bold & Beautiful.
