‘General Hospital’ Michael Set Up, His Ultimate Revenge Takes Drew Down

General Hospital fans have been waiting for the day Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is shut down for good. He’s been blackmailing and manipulating so many in Port Charles to gain the upper hand and get what he wants. In fact, he just told Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that they are going to make Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) miserable. Drew has big plans for Michael, so Willow can get full custody of the children, but it could backfire on him in the long run. What lengths will Michael go to in order to keep his children away from Drew?

General Hospital: Michael’s Sweet Revenge

Drew Cain thinks he is going to win, but in the end, Michael will give him what he deserves. In a recent interview, Rory Gibson hinted at what’s to come for Michael and he says the most devastating moment is yet to come. What is he talking about?

Drew has been blackmailing Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) for months now, and he may just add one more little favor to his list of demands. Soaps never just mention something casually without having plans to utilize it down the road.

Michael mentioned to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) that he is still taking prescription painkillers. With Drew having already manipulated the nurse at the burn clinic in Germany to lie and say Michael didn’t want to see Willow, he could definitely get her to release some confidential medical information.

Drew could further blackmail Portia to forge Michael’s records to indicate a drug problem. There is no way Willow would lose the kids if this happened. Plus, it could also limit his time with Daisy as well. If he loses Wiley and Amelia, plus Daisy, this would be the most horrifying thing that could happen to Michael.

However, there is bound to be a breaking point when Michael discovers that Drew is behind it, and also that Willow was the one gaslighting Sasha. When he does, all hell will break loose in Port Charles.

What Will Michael Do?

Michael is Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) son. His dad would do anything for him, but what happens when Michael is pushed too far by Willow and especially Drew?

When Michael finds out that Drew set him up for the biggest heartbreak of his life, he might completely snap. Killing is in his blood, so to speak, so maybe he will finally pull the trigger, literally, and end Drew once and for all.

Of course, just to make the moment a bit sweeter, he might hold him captive and torture him a bit before finally taking his life for all the misery he’s caused everyone around him. Maybe he will have Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) help him dispose of the body and make it look like Drew just vanished from Port Charles.

Michael won’t kill Willow, but he could have her committed and ensure she never sees the light of day or her children. If he really wants to play dirty, he could frame her for Drew’s tragic death.

Either way, if Michael reaches a breaking point, there will be hell to pay for Drew.
