Ryan Paevey went to Instagram on Sunday to tease fans about who he will be portraying in General Hospital. He shared a video of the first time he and Maxie met on the show. His comment has fans speculating. He said, “Is Nathan West back??? Drop your predictions below 👇🏼 #generalhospital”

Fans immediately started commenting about the possibilities. Some said they were just happy that Ryan is back on the soap, regardless of who he will be playing. Another fan said they really hope Nathan is back. One fan said they think he will be a new character, to which Paevey replied, saying, “guess we’ll find out soon 👀”

It seems far-fetched that Nathan West could be returning from the grave. However, his sister Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) survived the poisonous hook that supposedly took her life. Writers have teased that this is just the beginning for the Faison/Obrecht clan. Is their father, Cesar Faison, alive too?

Fans are trying to figure out who the mystery boss is controlling Britt and the lab experiments she and Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) are working on. Many have suspected either Faison or Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Could it turn out to be Nathan behind it all? That would be a twist nobody saw coming.
