General Hospital could be setting fans up for a shocking twist. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may come back into the picture in a big way. Fans have a theory that could change everything. Everyone knows that WSB head honcho Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) is not on the up and up. He’s got secrets and reasons for doing what he’s been doing involving Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Carly Wright (Laura Wright). Now, secrets that Jack has could take a dark, revealing turn.

General Hospital Fans Think Shocking Twist Coming

General Hospital fans are speculating that Cyrus may not have died when Josslyn fired the gun at him. If fans are correct, then Brennan and Cyrus have been working together. They worked together before, so who’s to say they ever really stopped?

Cyrus could have been wearing a bulletproof vest, and everything was all set up by Brennan. The body has never been found, so it’s entirely possible he’s lurking somewhere, waiting for Jack to bring him back.

It’s very coincidental and convenient that Jack had been targeting Josslyn for the WSB and that he just happened to be there when Cyrus was shot. Maybe Cyrus is a secret WSB agent himself.

But that’s not all. Recall, Cyrus was also in Pentonville with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Drew was severely beaten, and it’s been said by many that he just hasn’t been the same since then. Cyrus and Brennan could have arranged for the real Drew to be switched with someone else.

There has been speculation for months that Drew is really Shiloh. Is it actually happening?

Of course, one of the big questions is why Brennan is going to all this trouble. His endgame has not been revealed yet. What he didn’t count on was falling for Carly while working.

Will Drew Get Murdered?

Some fans think that General Hospital writers are setting up a murder mystery. Someone is going to get fed up with Drew even more and kill him. Who will it be? Will Cyrus return to strike again?

Who knows, if writers want to get really twisted, they can have the real Drew return to take out his imposter. In Port Charles, anything is possible.

Plus, all of this could tie back to Professor Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) secret lab. If he’s running a cloning lab, then that’s a whole new ball game. Will this be how Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) escaped death?
