‘General Hospital’ Shocker: Who’s Really Behind Initial ‘C’ On Britt’s Note?

General Hospital fans were given another huge clue on Monday about who the mysterious man is in charge of Britt Westbourne. Tons of theories are floating around, especially after the note left with her meds was signed “C” and nothing else. Not only did this big clue drop, but it was confirmed that the man lying in the hospital bed is, in fact, Nathan West. He’s not woken up yet, so it’s anybody’s guess how he will act or if another big twist is heading this way. There is an obvious answer about who could have signed that notecard, but would writers be that transparent? Or, will the real person behind the scenes be someone else?

General Hospital Drops Huge Clue About Mystery Boss

Britt Westbourne apparently didn’t escape the mystery boss. When she went to her room, she found a box containing her meds. There was a note with it telling her not to forget her medication, and it was signed “C.” Everyone is digging deep to try to figure out who C is. Of course, with Nathan and Britt both being back in Port Charles, the first person everyone’s mind goes to is their father, Cesar Faison.

There are some who even believe that Faison’s brain goes missing and it’s been transplanted into Nathan’s body. Cesar is old. If his villainous brain is in his son’s younger body, his evil ways can be continued. So, one theory is that Nathan left the box in her room.

Another theory is that C stands for Cassadine. There are a lot of evil Cassadines, so the possibilities there are endless. One option is Victor Cassadine. Perhaps it could even be Mikkos Cassadine since the dead seem to be returning.

If it’s not a Cassadine or Cesar, then who could it be?

There Are More Villains Who Could Return

If these men are not the mysterious boss, then perhaps it’s Cyrus. At this point, anything is possible. Or, what if he is really a she? Since Alexis Davis was presented with the dagger used to kill her mother, could Helena Cassadine be alive and well and behind the secret experiments?

There is still a lot to unravel with this storyline. Nobody even knows for sure what the secret project is that Dalton and Britt have been working on.

Plus, how is Nathan West alive, and how will he act?

There are lots of possibilities, but chances are they all lead back to Cesar in some way. Spoilers say fans can expect more curveballs, so buckle up and get ready for the bizarre ride.
