‘B&B’ Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Drops Big Clue About Baby 5 Gender

Bold & Beautiful fans have been eagerly awaiting news about Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s fifth baby. She announced to everyone in March that she was nearly seven months pregnant with baby number five. Since then, aside from sharing a few maternity photos, she’s been radio silent. It’s a known fact that the baby was born most likely in early summer. Jacqueline, who plays Steffy Forrester on the daytime drama, is already back filming after taking maternity leave. Now, she seemingly dropped a big clue about the gender of her newborn. What did she share?

Bold & Beautiful Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Gave Birth In Early Summer

If Jacqueline MacInnes Wood was nearly seven months pregnant in March, she would have had the baby in early summer. So far, she has not shared the baby’s gender or any other details about the birth.

This isn’t her first rodeo, either. Wood has four other children with husband Elan Ruspoli. Prior to welcoming their new addition, the couple shares four sons together. They are Rise, who was born in March 2019. Then Lenix arrived in February 2021. They welcomed  Brando in May 2022. Then, finally, they had Valor in August 2023.

At the time, she said she thought that would be their last baby. So originally, they were planning to stop after baby number four. She’s not shared any details about her decision to have one more, but the pregnancy announcement came in March 2025. Since then, fans are dying to know if she is now the mother of five precious boys or the mother of four big brothers to a new baby sister.

Did She Have A Boy Or A Girl?

While Jacqueline has not confirmed anything, she may have just dropped a huge clue as to which one of those it is. On Wood’s Instagram, she has always had in her bio that she is Mama Bear to four boys. In the past few days, Wood updated her bio on the social media platform to simply say “Mama Bear.” Is this the big clue that fans have been waiting for? Did Jacqueline finally have a baby girl?

It seems as though she did. Of course, this is just speculation until Jacqueline confirms her baby’s gender to the world. Fans have been looking for any sign at all to learn more about her fifth baby.

Since she changed her bio on her Instagram profile, perhaps she is planning on sharing details of the birth sometime soon.
