‘General Hospital’ Real Drew Cain Is Back, All Hell Breaks Loose

General Hospital fans have been waiting to see what is going to happen to Drew Cain. Everyone can agree that he is not quite himself. The old Drew was not so evil and manipulative. This has led many to wonder if the Drew seducing Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is not really him at all. Speculation has been flying that perhaps Shiloh never really died, and he made his way back to Port Charles after being made to look just like Drew. Needless to say, all hell is about to break loose.

General Hospital Nurses Ball Is About To Get Crazy

Now, as the Nurses Ball gets underway, a mysterious man is seen on a plane watching Drew and Willow live on their phone. Most believe it’s Michael Corinthos (formerly played by Chad Duell). However, what if it’s not Michael at all?

Maybe writers just want everyone to think Michael is on his way back from Germany to kick some butt and take names. Right now, anxiety has been high as everyone anticipates Michael’s return to Port Charles to deal with Willow and Drew. More importantly, everyone wants to know who is being recast as Michael. So far, it’s been said that Chad Duell would not be returning.

But, what if it’s not Michael and instead it’s the real Drew Cain coming back to take what’s rightfully his? Of course, the “real” Drew probably wouldn’t have slept with his nephew’s wife. This is, however, something Shiloh would do. He always had a way of manipulating Willow and getting her to do whatever he wanted. Some things never change.

He even managed to get her to sign the kids over to him should something happen to her and Michael. Again, something Shiloh would probably do.

Now, if this is right, the real Drew has escaped or been rescued from wherever he’s been and is on his way to take back his life. After all, they did say someone unexpected is about to crash the Ball.

All Hell Breaks Loose

If these suspicions are correct, all hell is about to break loose in Port Charles. General Hospital fans may see the real Drew walk in and surprise everyone, especially his imposter and Willow.

Of course, Shiloh or aka Drew, is not going to go down without a fight. He may grab Willow and her children as hostages and book it out of the Nurses Ball. Holding them by gunpoint or even the Cassadine dagger (why not) will allow him to quickly make his getaway without much interference from anyone in order to keep them safe.

Then, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) would no doubt be on the prowl to hunt him down and reclaim Willow and her kids for Michael. Now, Michael may make his return at some point throughout the drama so he can be the one to play the hero and reclaim his family, or at least his children.

Writers haven’t confirmed who is on that plane, but there’s a good chance viewers will be quite shocked. What do you think will happen?
