‘General Hospital’ Kelly Thiebaud Tease Brad Return

General Hospital fans are getting a lot of blasts from the past lately with character returns. Dr. Liesel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is back in town after Rocco reached out to her. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is back after everyone believed she was dead for two years. Her brother, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), is about to make his big comeback after seven years as well. Since Britt is back in town, many have questioned if Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will also be making a comeback. Kelly teased fans about that rumor. What did she have to say?

General Hospital Writers Share Thoughts On Brad Returning

General Hospital actress Kelly Thiebaud teases whether or not fans might be seeing Brad Cooper make a comeback to Port Charles. It would make sense for him to come back since his bestie is back, too. Parry has been on the show since 2013 and left in May. He was the lab manager who spilled the tea to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) about Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) changing Heather Weber’s blood test results.

Drew paid him a large amount of money, and he disappeared from Port Charles. Since then, he has not been back on screen. However, now, with Britt back, the lab manager might just return. He and Thiebaud had great chemistry on screen and really had a great time acting together. Bringing him back would also give Britt a much-needed ally since everyone seems less than thrilled she’s back from the grave.

The show has been mentioning Brad a lot lately, which usually means a return is imminent. Writers spoke with Soap Opera Digest and teased that Britt will need a partner in crime and someone to have her back.

Does Kelly Thiebaud Think Brad Is Returning?

Kelly Thiebaud also spoke with Soap Opera Digest about the possibility of Brad returning to Port Charles. She said, “I can’t see why they wouldn’t bring him back! I mean, that was such a fun relationship that everybody loved, and it was completely different than the other friendships on the show. I think it’s much needed — and I also think Brad has his own story there, too, you know? It’s not just to come back as my bestie. I really don’t see a world where that wouldn’t happen!”

She is positive fans will get their answer soon about whether or not Brad makes a comeback.

Of course, if he does return, he was also in a relationship with Lucas. So if he does come back, it could create some friction for Lucas and Marco in their new relationship. Will Lucas be torn between the two?
