‘Young & The Restless’ Cast Special Tribute To Kristoff St. John

The Young and the Restless cast members are paying tribute to their late co-star Kristoff St. John. A number of the former cast members of the soap actor remembered their dear friend St. John to mark the passing of four years. On The Young and the Restless, St. John played Neil Winters, a part he first performed in 1991.
Daniel Goddard who plays Cane Ashby on the soap said, “Still can’t believe you’re gone. RIP my brother.” Along with St. John’s name and the number of years since his passing, he also used the hashtag #SayHisName.
Goddard’s tweet was responded to by Catherine Bach, who plays Anita Lawson on the program and has a recurring role. She also paid respect to St. John.
Bach said, “Kristoff St. John loved his family so much. He was a charming, kind, eloquent man, besides being a great artist. There are no words for the sadness and missed opportunity to help him. I wish I could have. RIP dear angel.”
Kate Linder, who plays Esther Valentine, posted a selfie with St. John in memory of their late co-star. Linder hashtagged #iwillneverforgetyou and added the Instagram handles of St. John and The Young and the Restless.
Jessica Walton, who has received numerous Daytime Emmy nominations for playing Jill Abbot, shared a heartfelt ode on Instagram.
Walton shared, “What a special man he was! Loving, kind, funny, talented, and a great friend. I still can’t believe you’re gone Kristoff. You will live forever in my heart.”
Tracey E. Bergman, who played Lauren Fenmore, posted a picture with St. John when the actor won the Daytime Emmy for best-supporting actor in a drama series in 2008.
Bergman hashtagged his name and added the phrase “four years” along with an emoji for a shattered heart.
St. John confirmed his engagement to model Kseniya Mikhaleva in September 2018. Kristoff stayed close with his ex-wife and mother to his son who passed, Mia St. John.
St. John had been grieving the loss of his son, who had committed suicide four years before, for two weeks before he was discovered dead. When the actor last tweeted, he shared a message about losing a kid that said, “Grieving the loss of a child is a process. It begins on the day your child passes, and ends the day the parent joins them.”
Never a truer statement was made, St. John wrote on Twitter. “I appreciate you posting this.”
Both Paris, a daughter he also had with his ex-wife Mia Rosales St. John, and Lola, a daughter he had with his ex-wife Allana Nadal, survive St. John.
