Tanner Novlan Lands Another Acting Gig

Bold and the Beautiful actor Tanner Novlan who plays John “Finn” Finnegan reportedly landed another acting gig. What will the talented Novlan be doing? Plus, is he leaving his role on the soap? Keep reading to find out more.

Bold and Beautiful actor Tanner Novlan lands new gig

Bold and the Beautiful fans love Tanner Novlan and his character on the show. Even those who are not familiar with Novlan grew to know who he was back in 2019. At that time he appeared in a Liberty Mutual commercial as an actor who was struggling. Since then the commercial went viral. So, the now popular “Liberty Biberty” dialogue became a tagline for the insurance company.

Novlan fans get ready, he is back for another round of Liberty Mutual commercials. His hilarious role as the struggling actor who just couldn’t get his lines right is back once again. And, once again he nailed it.

Soap She Knows shared the news about Novlan’s recast as it’s called in daytime television. Tanner stepped in and reprised the role perfectly.

In one of the new commercials for the insurance agent, Doug is practicing his line with his trusty sidekick LiMu Emu. The Emu is pecking around at the food on the table behind the scenes. Then, in comes Novlan to say some lines. Doug snaps at the directors asking, “You’re replacing me?”

Novlan nailed the lines and as he stood beside a disgruntled Doug. Then Doug yelled, “He doesn’t even have a mustache!”

In another clip, Novlan is running his lines when a further frustrated Doug tells him “That’s LiMu’s line,” to which his replacement repeated — and irritated him further — “That’s LiMu’s line.”

In another shot, Doug tried to teach Novlan how to properly say, “Customize and save with Liberty Mutual.” However, Tanner’s alter ego insisted on using his spin and stated, “Customize and save with Liberty Biberty.”

Is he leaving his role as Finn Finnegan?

Good news for everyone who is team Finn and Steffy. Tanner Novlan is not leaving the Bold and the Beautiful. He is simply picking up the Liberty Mutual commercials on the side.

As for his character on the soap, it still remains to be seen what will happen between Finn and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Will he decide to take her out of the picture for good at the advice of his adoptive mother Li? It also is unclear if Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will take Finn back when she returns from Europe with the kids.
