Ashley recently took to IG to share a before-and-after photo of herself 3 years apart. According to the Swamp People star, she’s about 3 and a half years sober. She’s been sharing her sobriety journey for quite some time, and many fans commend her commitment. Despite being off the show, Ashley still lives her life through the swamps. She would hunt and fish with her family. She still hangs out with the Swamp People crew as well. It’s unclear if Ashley will return to the show, but she has made significant progress in her transformation journey behind the camera.

Ashley Shows Off Ripped Body After Massive Weight Loss

In an IG post, Ashley shared a clip of herself at the gym. She shows off her incredible physique as she prepares for the gator season. The Swamp People star wrote, “2 more days til gator season! I’m readyyyyy!!!” She later shared another photo of herself on FB, explaining some of her routines. According to Ashley, she works out in a sauna barefoot. She wrote, “In Mississippi you have to catch them by rod and reel and have the snared before shooting. Takes a lot more talent and persistence. Gonna have an all girls boat one night too so I’ll keep yall posted!” It’s clear to see that Ashley still embraces her life as a hunter. But at the same time, she’s keeping track of her health, and many fans are cheering for her.
