‘Sister Wives’ Christine’s Lawsuits Real Reason Kody Selling, Janelle Next?

Fans were stunned to learn on Thursday that Sister Wives star Christine Brown filed a lawsuit against her ex Kody. The lawsuit is seeking several things including retroactive child support and custody of their daughter Truely. The 14-year-old moved with Christine to Utah when she made the decision to finally be free of Kody. Now, everyone is wondering if the new lawsuit is one of the reasons Kody and Robyn are selling their home in Flagstaff. Will Janelle Brown be next to take Kody to court? Sister Wives Star Christine Brown Taking Kody To Court

In Touch shared details on Thursday about Sister Wives star Christine Brown deciding to take Kody to court to get retroactive child support and custody of their daughter. She also petitioned the court to add Kody’s name to Truely’s birth certificate.

The news of the lawsuit comes within a few weeks of Kody and Robyn Brown listing their mansion in Flagstaff for sale. Now that it’s known Christine is taking him to court, could this be one of the reasons that is driving Kody to sell?

Included in the court documents, Christine also wants a “domestic relations injunction that stops both parties from harassment, domestic violence, canceling or modifying services, taking the children for nonroutine travel without court orders or permission and demeaning or disparaging the other party.”

So far Kody has not publicly responded to the court case being filed.

Is Janelle Brown Next To Take Kody To Court

While Christine Brown was lucky and walked away with the money from her home being sold in Flagstaff, Janelle has not been. Recall, that Janelle basically had no choice but to give her Las Vegas home sale money to Kody and Robyn to purchase their mansion.

So, if Kody and Robyn are selling this house it seems only fair that Sister Wives star Janelle Brown should get some of the money.

In Season 19 previews, Christine and Janelle talked about the property. They noted the property needs to be paid off. Janelle noted that she wanted Kody to buy her out. However, she revealed Kody would not speak to her about it. So, she told Christine that she thinks she is going to have to “lawyer up.”
