Savannah Guthrie Makes Desperate $1 Million Plea For Mom’s Return

Today host Savannah Guthrie and her two siblings continue to try and get someone to come forward with information about their missing mother. Nancy Guthrie has been missing for 24 days now. She was taken in the middle of the night and has not been seen since. Guthrie has made several pleas to the public for information over the past few weeks. This latest one is heartbreaking as she begs for her mom’s return. During her video on social media, Savannah pleads for someone to come forward and reveal what they know. The Guthrie family is putting up a $1 million reward for whoever can help get her mom back. What else did she say in her video? 

Savannah Guthrie Begs For Someone To Come Forward

Today host Savannah Guthrie went to Instagram to once again ask for the pubic’s help. She pointed out the agony her family is enduring, wondering where their mom is. Guthrie said the agony “of worrying about her and fearing for her and aching for her and most of all, just missing her.”

The family says they still believe a miracle could happen. But, they also know that Nancy could already be gone. Savannah said, “We also know that she may be lost, she may already be gone. She may have already gone home to the Lord that she loves and is dancing in heaven with her mom and her dad and with her beloved brother Pierce and with our daddy.”

She went on to say that if that is the outcome, they will accept, but they need to know for sure. The Guthrie family is putting up a $ 1 million reward for Nancy’s return, dead or alive.

Family Making Huge Contribution

Along with putting up a $1 million reward for Nancy’s return, Savannah Guthrie and her family are making a donation. They are donating $500,000 to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Savannah hopes the attention her mother and their family have received can be extended to everyone out there facing the same agony. She said, “We also know that we are not alone in our loss. We know there are millions of families that have suffered from this uncertainty.” 

This isn’t the first video plea that the family has made. In other social media videos, Savannah Guthrie has addressed the kidnappers, saying it’s never too late to do the right thing. 

She added that whoever comes forward can even do so anonymously. They just need to know what happened to their mom.
