Just like many of Dr. Now’s patients, Charles went through a dark past. He was addicted to meth, which he later got rid of. However, Charles then got addicted to food, and his life spiraled out of control. It came to a point where his BMI reached over a hundred. As a result, he was only able to drop 72 pounds. Many viewers were also upset about how Charles relied mostly on his brother, and it came to a point where he got too comfortable with him. Charles ended his episode at 603 pounds, and he couldn’t get his bariatric surgery. Dr. Now rejected him because of his lack of commitment. But his latest social media posts show that he has made significant progress on his weight loss journey.

Charles Reveals Massive Weight Loss Update

Charles has kept in touch with fans on social media. The My 600-Lb Life star is still pursuing his goals. Last month, he uploaded a shirtless picture of himself. While he didn’t show his full body, it’s clear he has made some changes in himself since parting ways with Dr. Now. Additionally, Charles shared that he’s now making income as a Lyft driver. Earlier this month, he revealed that he’s now down to 380 pounds, which is massive compared to 604 lbs when he ended his episode. Many fans also congratulate Charles for his progress.

Last month, he took to FB to ask for small donations to help with his two car payments. He wrote, “Hi I know I have asked for a lot but this past year has actually been good I’ve been working and finally able to make my own way but in October I was in a accident and in order to continue working I financed anouther vehicle and it’s been real tuff but I have been making it work but I know need a lil help my insurance screwed me so now I’m paying 2 car payments and really struggling If any of my friends or fans could help my next car payment Monday and I’m still 250 short.”
