My 600-Lb Life has shown many controversial patients over the years. Some of them had disputes not only with Dr. Now but also with the medical staff. Dr. Now had some rough times trying to make his patients follow his weight loss regimens. But aside from the problematic patients, fans talk about some of the worst partners and spouses on the show. TLC has yet to announce a new season for My 600-Lb Life. The show ended last year with its 13th season. But despite having no new season, Dr. Now continues to stay in touch with fans online. Most of the time, Dr. Now would offer paid personalized videos on his Cameo account. He has also been sharing clips of himself reminding his followers to stay physically fit and healthy. Fans Rank Worst Partners In The Franchise

Some My 600-Lb Life fans discussed some of the worst partners and spouses they have seen on the show. It’s no secret that many of Dr. Now’s patients suffered from obesity due ot their unsupportive families and partners. Some of them were deemed as “enablers” as they continue to support their unhealthy lifestyle. The poster said that Zsalynn Whitworth’s husband, Gareth, is one of the worst partners on the show. His manipulative antics and abusive behavior. During the show, it was revealed that he tried to sabotage Zsalynn’s life savings for her weight loss journey.

The poster also believes that Lupe Samano’s partner, Gilbert, is among the worst husbands on the show. Many people called him out for cheating. He also emotionally abused Lupe and forced her into sexual activities. After Lupe left him, Gilbert dated another patient on the show named Karina Garcia, making fans believe that he’s preying on vulnerable women. Several commenters also shared their own opinions on who the worst partners are on the show.
