Little People Big World star Matt Roloff has decided to list the family farm for sale again. This will be his third attempt at selling the huge property. LPBW Matt Roloff Lists Farm Again After Massive Renovations

Little People Big World star Matt Roloff decided to take another stab at trying to sell the huge family farmhouse. He tried to sell it in 2022 but he did not find a buyer. So, he decided to list the house as a vacation rental for fans to come and stay.

Now, after completing massive renovations on the gorgeous farmhouse, Matt is selling again. This time the price is quite hefty. The Roloff farmhouse is listed for $2,895,000.

The farm is located in Helvetia, Oregon, which is not too far from Portland. Roloff Farms has created many memories for the family and Matt says there is magic there. He hopes the next owners experience it like they did.

He spoke with People and said, “Roloff Farm — and the original farmhouse — has been a monumental part of my life for over 30 years. This legacy property was shared with millions of you around the world through Little People Big World. It holds some of the most magical memories and will forever live deep in my heart.”

All About The Property

The Real Brokerage listed the house for Matt Roloff. The 6,000+ square foot farmhouse features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The listing read that the home “offers luxurious living, complete with a primary suite, two offices, a gourmet kitchen, and a home theater for relaxation and entertainment.”

It went on to say that the real magic is outside the main home and can be seen in the 3,600 square-foot Big Red Barn. The listing read, “The property also features a one-of-a-kind Western town, complete with a saloon, jail, post office, and general store, ideal for hosting events, building your brand, or simply indulging in a unique lifestyle.”

There is also an outdoor pool and hot tub, along with many walking trails. There is even a stone castle on the property. The farmhouse has been around for more than 100 years. It underwent some big renovations a few years back, including modern upgrades such as granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen.
