The Bringing Up Bates star did her usual lengthy greetings, including a fun fact about her grandson’s name. She revealed that his first name is of Native American origin and means “friend,” while his second name in Hebrew means “to follow her.” Kelly Jo added that it has the connotation of “strength and protection.”

She added that it means “May God Protect” in Latin. But despite Kelly Jo’s heartwarming post, she was showered with comments from some people, asking why she remains silent about her daughter, Katie. It even led to an argument among fans, and they’re curious if Kelly Jo would post something for Katie on her birthday on October 5.

In an Instagram post, Kelly Jo shared photos of Kelton as he celebrates his 31st birthday. As usual, Kelly Jo made a lengthy message about her in-law. She gushed over his spiritual commitment and maturity. The Bringing Up Bates star added, “Your life as a protector & guardian, points people to that truth- the only real hope & help! Thank you for being such an incredible son-in-law, husband, father, friend, business man, & Christian!”

At this point, Kelton and Josie are documenting the construction of their dream home.
