Is Eden McCoy Leaving General Hospital As Josslyn Jacks?

Previews for General Hospital reveal things heating up in Port Charles. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is onto Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and after getting information from Brennan about where Cyrus’ secret hideout is, she will go to try and gather more evidence. However, she might not be as slick as she thinks. Cyrus will discover her there and things could get deadly. Is Eden McCoy leaving the soap?

Is Eden McCoy Parting Ways With General Hospital?

It’s no secret that Josslyn has Dex’s gun with her. The question is will she use it if need be? Previews for General Hospital show Cyrus getting a syringe of digitalis ready. Is his next victim Josslyn?

She certainly could be the next one Cyrus plans to take down. Along with the syringe being filled, there are also gunshots fired in the previews but it does not reveal who fired the weapon. It also does not reveal who the bullet is fired at.

There are many fans who think that Josslyn’s life will end at the hands of Cyrus. So, she could either be injected with digitalis or in a struggle with Cyrus the gun fires and she’s accidentally killed by her lover’s weapon. Even worse, what if Carly learns that Brennan supplied Josslyn with Cyrus’ hideout address and comes to try and rescue Josslyn? What if she’s the one who fires the gun accidentally hitting her daughter?

The bigger question is whether or not Eden McCoy is leaving the soap. In January 2022, Soaps In Depth shared that Josslyn just signed a three-year contract. It doesn’t take much math for anyone to realize that three years would be up in January 2025. So far it’s not been disclosed whether or not Eden’s contract was renewed or if this could be the end of Josslyn.

If she hasn’t renewed her contract recently, then the rumors could be true and Eden might be the next one to become a victim of Cyrus.

Cyrus Will Be Taken Down

It seems only a matter of time until Cyrus Renault meets his maker or finds himself locked up again. There are several options of who may have the honor of taking him down once and for all. Of course, there is Josslyn, if she can survive long enough. There also could be Lucky or Liz as they both suspect Cyrus is the killer as well. Jason or Alexis are two other options both wanting to avenge Sam’s untimely death.
