‘GH’ Sam’s Last Wishes Unleash Drama In Port Charles

General Hospital fans are still reeling from Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death. Now that her funeral is over and everyone is trying to figure out how to live without her another bombshell will be dropped. Sam’s last wishes revealed in her will have not been updated since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returned from the dead. Her death is about to unleash drama in Port Charles creating rifts between many characters. What is about to happen?

Sam’s Death Causes Chaos

General Hospital said goodbye to Sam McCall but the effects of her death will be felt for a long time to come. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) finally found Sam’s last will and testament only to learn that she wanted Drew (Cameron Mathison) to raise Scout and Danny together.

However, this could be a problem especially if Jason thinks Danny should be with him. The simple fact that his brother who is enemy number one will be raising his son may be enough to cause Jason to have a change of heart.

There’s also Dante who is also another option to raise his deceased fiance’s children. After all, he could provide a much more stable home than Drew or Jason could. That’s not all though. Alexis also wants the children. So, it seems General Hospital writers were laying the groundwork for a major custody battle that is sure to tear families apart.

What Will Happen To Alexis?

Alexis has struggled with alcoholism for years. She’s been sober now for quite some time. However, many believe her daughter dying and now the impending custody battle for her grandchildren may just push her over the edge.

Alexis could be turning to the bottle to help her cope with these sudden, heartbreaking changes in her life. It may be too much for her to handle.

How Sam Died Will Cause More Chaos

Now, with the autopsy report out and revealing Sam McCall’s cause of death, there will be even more drama and chaos. It was revealed in the toxicology report that Sam received an overdose of digitalis. Liz claims it’s not possible as that medication is not even prescribed for Sam.

Who did it? Who possibly wanted Sam out of the picture? Was it Cyrus? Someone had to put the medication into Sam’s IV. Fingers will be pointed and her death will prove to ruin the lives of many in Port Charles.

Lots can happen as the plot continues to thicken around the circumstances surrounding Sam’s death.
