‘General Hospital’ Shocking Twist Reveals Drew Not Scout’s Father

General Hospital fans can’t wait to see Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) taken down a notch or two. At some point, his luck will run out, and he will be left with nothing. His latest move of banning Scout from her grandmother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and the look on her face seemed to indicate that Natasha Cassadine was coming out to play, and she means business. Alexis will be trying to do everything in her power to keep Drew from leaving Port Charles with Scout forever. What she might uncover will blow your mind and change everything.

General Hospital Shocks Fans With Scout’s True Paternity

Scout seems to be all that Drew has left. Everyone hates him, including Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), who was supposed to be his bride. He believes he’s what’s best for Scout, and the rest of the family should stay away from her.

Alexis disagrees, as does Molly. However, Molly advised Alexis that there is not a lot they can legally do to keep Drew from leaving town with Scout. He is her father, or is he?

Alexis isn’t going to let him win that easily. She will start digging for information, anything that can sway a judge to let her have custody of Scout. As she digs through the records she has requested, she comes across something that will change everything.

Drew is not listed as Scout’s father on her birth certificate. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is named on the document. At one point, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) thought Drew was Jason. Even Drew believed he was his twin brother and even had memories of Jason’s.

Paternity tests revealed that Drew was Scout’s father way back in the past, but Sam apparently never had her birth certificate changed. Or, were the tests secretly altered because Sam thought the safer bet was having Drew as the father over Jason, who lived the mob life with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

Now that Alexis has this document, what will she do next?

Alexis Plays Dirty

Alexis knows that Drew is out of control, and she needs to stop him from taking her granddaughter away forever. Danny and Scout are all she has left of Sam.

The birth certificate can at least give Alexis a fighting chance to keep Scout in Port Charles. She could demand another paternity test. It could turn out that Jason really is the father. However, even if it turned out that the biological father is Drew, it wouldn’t be the first time blood tests were altered at General Hospital. Alexis could find someone to switch the results.

Portia Robinson may even be willing to do it so she can get her own revenge on Drew for everything he’s put her through.

Of course, this is all speculation, and there’s no telling what writers will do in the coming weeks and months, but this would shake things up in a big way.
