‘General Hospital’ Kelly Monaco Isn’t Done Yet, More Sam To Come

General Hospital viewers watched as their nightmare of losing Kelly Monaco happened on Wednesday, October 30. Sam McCall survived surgery which was a shock for many in itself. Most thought that would be it for her. However, she made it through surgery with flying colors. Dante popped the question and an excited Sam shared the news with her mom Alexis. Then, lives changed forever. Most believed today was the last time Kelly would grace their screens in Port Charles. It isn’t. It has been confirmed there is more of Sam to come. General Hospital Fans Have Not Seen The Last Of Kelly Monaco

Tears were shed as General Hospital fans faced the moment they had been dreading for months. Kelly Monaco seemingly played her last scene as Sam McCall. She was talking with her mom Alexis and expressing her excitement for the future.

Alexis told Sam she was glowing and that is when Sam flashed her engagement ring at her mom. While telling Alexis that she knows how she feels about marriage but that things just work with Dante and their children.

Alexis lets her daughter know she’s happy for her and that just because her own marriage was a dumpster fire that doesn’t mean hers would be too. After their laughter and hugging, Sam suddenly went white and couldn’t breathe.

Alarms began sounding and Alexis was rushed out of the room. Lucas rushed in and tried to save his sister along with Elizabeth and Portia. Sam was flatlined for 30 minutes and nothing was bringing her back.

Lucas reluctantly called the time of death at 5:48 pm. Everyone stood in complete shock wondering what could have gone wrong.

Fans felt this was it for Sam. However, Soap Opera Digest and People both confirmed that Sam McCall did die on Wednesday. However, it was also confirmed that Sam is not quite done yet. Kelly Monaco will have one final episode on General Hospital.

What Will Her Last Scenes Be?

It is confirmed that General Hospital will air Kelly Monaco’s final scene later this week. Then, everyone will be faced with the aftermath that Sam McCall’s death is sure to cause.

If she died in the hospital bed today then what will she be doing in later scenes? Many are speculating that Sam will be seen entering the gates of heaven. Perhaps she will even be reunited with those she lost in the past.
