‘General Hospital’ Kelly Monaco Gets Last Word On Set

Fans continue to fight for Kelly Monaco who has played Sam McCall on General Hospital for the past two decades. Everyone learned that the soap was letting her go back in August and now it’s all becoming reality. Rumors flew as to how the show would kill her off as it was only shared that she was fired and would die on GH. Now, it seems the end is very near for Sam as she was wheeled off into surgery on Thursday’s episode. General Hospital fan favorite Kelly Monaco is ending an era and beloved Sam McCall is set to die on the show in the very near future. After pleading with her brother to do the surgery to possibly save Lulu’s life, he reluctantly agreed.

Sam stepped up to the plate and being the only match for Lulu, she is donating part of her liver to potentially save her life. A little weird for Sam to do since Lulu is Dante’s ex. Will her death throw Lulu and Dante back together?

As for Sam and her sad, tragic goodbye, she decided to exit her role in true Sam McCall fashion. After saying her goodbyes to all her loved ones, Sam was wheeled back to surgery. As they wheeled her off she lifted her arm and gave the rock on symbol with her hand.

This was the ultimate way to say goodbye and thank you to her fans who have given her unwavering support.

‘I Stand With Kelly’ Continues To Trend

Fans are still not giving up on General Hospital giving Kelly Monaco her job back. Everyone loves Sam McCall and can’t stand the thought of her not being on the soap anymore.

Most likely fans will not forget this and neither will her co-stars. Many have spoken out and said Kelly is amazing and will move on to better and bigger things in her career.
