‘General Hospital’ Evil Cassadine Villain Back From The Grave?

General Hospital fans are eager to know what Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is up to. He is living at Wyndemere and oddly enough he knows a little too much about the property. Sidwell even knows where the secret passages are. It’s already been theorized that perhaps Sidwell has Cassadine blood running through his veins. However, what if he isn’t really a Cassadine but is taking orders from one who was believed to be dead? Who is this evil villain back from the grave?

In what would be a very shocking twist, what if all the deaths happening in Port Charles are really tied to the past? Many have accused Sidwell of being after Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). He adamantly continues to deny it and what if he is being honest?

Sidwell is definitely evil, there’s no doubt about it. However, what if he’s not acting alone? Fans know in Port Charles anything is possible. Just because one is presumed dead doesn’t mean they really are. If this insane twist of events is true then Sidwell is the brother of a very evil woman.

Maybe Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) did not really die when she was poisoned. In dreams, she has appeared numerous times since her alleged passing. Now, all these years later she could be on her deathbed but refuses to rest until she gets her final revenge. Or, maybe Helena did die and before she did so she left Sidwell with orders to carry out her final wishes, which of course would be revenge. Now, all these years later he’s fulfilling her dying wish.

Helena would be the perfect one to guide Sidwell through the Wyndemere house and reveal all its secrets to him, including the dagger that was retrieved from the harbor.

Helena has never been able to accept that Mikkos Cassadine had an affair with Kristen and had Alexis as a result of their love. It’s always been in her plans to make Alexis pay for the pain she caused her throughout the years. Watching her mother murdered before her eyes was not enough.

She had already put a curse on Sam McCall years prior. Perhaps Cyrus Renault was also being guided to carry out Helena’s evil plans for revenge. Maybe Sidwell was promised a huge inheritance from Helena once her evil plans were carried out.

What Is Sidwell Up To?

General Hospital villain Jenz Sidwell convinced Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to come to Wyndemere. Once there she played into his plans perfectly. He tried to offer her a drink but she refused saying she’s sober. He also showed her the dagger and claimed he found it in a drawer downstairs.

Sidwell knew exactly what he was doing. Helena had already told him the story of how she slit Kristen’s neck in front of Alexis. She even told him where the dagger was that she used. After Alexis held the dagger in her hand, he had her just where he wanted her to be. Her fingerprints are now all over the dagger.

Sidwell was ordered to ensure that Alexis suffers either by getting her thrown in prison forever or by death. Perhaps Sidwell will frame her for murder or something even worse. Helena always wanted to know that she ruined Alexis’s life just like she and her mother ruined hers.

Do you think Helena Cassadine could be the puppet master behind all the recent sinister things happening in Port Charles? Could Sidwell be her brother seeking revenge on behalf of his sister in order to get his part of her money? Dead or alive, she’s still wreaking havoc on many lives.
