‘General Hospital’: Cullum’s Brother’s Identity Shocks Port Charles

General Hospital fans all agree that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is one creepy dude. He is evil to the core, posing as the WSB director while secretly working with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to carry out Cesar Faison’s final project. Now that Jack Brennan is aware that his boss is a double agent, he’s determined to bring him down and protect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). He also knows that if Cullum catches on that he knows he’s evil, he will have him killed. There have not been a lot of details revealed about Cullum’s past. However, fans are speculating about his true identity, and when it’s revealed who his brother is, it will rock Port Charles. 

General Hospital’s Shocking Cullum Twist

General Hospital fans are speculating on social media about who Ross Cullum really is. Could he really just be some random guy wanting to carry out Faison’s last wishes? Or, is there more to the story that will ultimately shock Port Charles? Somehow, there’s more to his past than everyone knows. 

Some fans think there is a possibility that Cullum could be another one of Faison’s tricks. He could be Faison wearing a mask, which has been done before. While that’s probably not the case, there is another possibility that would fit perfectly. Perhaps Cullum is really Faison’s brother. It could all be part of the plan that his brother became the WSB director to ensure he had the tools available to complete  Faison’s final project. 

If it comes to be that this is his real identity, Port Charles will be shook. Somehow, Cullum has to be connected to Faison. Fans even noted that the actor somewhat resembles him and plays creepy perfectly.

Will Cullum Go Down?

Of course, everyone wants to see Cullum go down in flames. The big question is who will be the one to do it. It could be Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) or perhaps even Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). However, it doesn’t appear like it’s going to be anytime soon. Currently, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is trying to save Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and fans know he is leaving the show for a few months. So, it’s entirely possible that his plan will backfire and Cullum will somehow manage to kidnap Jason. Will they torment him like they did Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Nobody knows how Jason will be exiting, but there is a big chance it all ties to Cullum and Sidwell.
