‘General Hospital’ Actor Hints Michael/Willow Reunion, Drew Plays Dirty?

General Hospital fans saw Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) in so much desperation that she scared Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Now, after a good night’s sleep, she realizes she made a mistake, or at least realized that showing her raving lunatic side isn’t going to get her anywhere. The future is unclear when it comes to the storyline with Willow, Michael, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). However, one of the actors hinted that fans seeing a Michael/Willow reunion is not completely off the table. If that were to happen, would Drew play even dirtier than he’s already been doing?

General Hospital Actor Hints It’s Not Over

General Hospital newcomer Rory Gibson spoke out in a recent interview about the relationship Michael has with Willow. When asked if there could be a possibility of the two getting back together down the road, Gibson’s answer was quite shocking.

He said, “I think there’s a very real possibility. Even though the things that they’re going through are insane, and seems like they’re only getting pushed further and further apart, I can’t play the scenes the way that they should be played without realizing that there’s love there.”

He went on to say that even though things are insane right now and Michael would have to do a lot of forgiving and Willow a lot of healing, the love between them won’t go away.

Rory also said, “You can be mad at them. You can be upset at them. Your dynamics and relationship can change, but in a sense that love will always be there. And where there’s love, there’s a way.”

Enter Drew Cain. Gibson also noted that Drew’s ego won’t allow him to just let Willow go without a fight. Fans know that Drew is very capable of manipulating almost any situation in his favor. What could this villain have planned for his runaway bride next?

Drew And Willow’s Plans

Willow will no doubt realize she will need to schmooze Michael some to get him to see her side of things. He needs to see the loving, calm, sane person she once was. Whether that part of her is still hiding deep inside, she has to put on a front or never see Wiley and Amelia again.

As for Drew, he believes he is all Willow has left, and he is determined to win her back. How low will he go to win her over?

Drew could potentially have a lot of tricks up his sleeve. He could try to blackmail Willow with the knowledge that she stalked sweet baby Daisy Gilmore. If Michael were to find that out, then he would despise her and push hard to make sure she never sees the kids again.

Or, Drew could pull a trick out of his special forces hat and brainwash her. Whether he’s really Drew or even Shiloh, as many suspect, this would be easy for him. He could make her his little puppet, so to speak.

There are many directions that writers could go, but it’s certain that the drama between Drew, Michael, and Willow is far from over. Not to mention, when Drew discovers that it was Curtis who told Willow about his affair with Nina, there will be hell to pay. This may have been Curtis and Portia’s biggest mistake yet.
