‘Bold &Beautiful’ Bill Spencer Dying, Liam Lives In Shocking Twist?

Fans have been torn about whether or not Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will die in Bold & Beautiful. He was told that he has an inoperable brain tumor and is dying. It certainly makes sense, given his blurry vision and unsteady feet. However, perhaps a shocking twist will save Liam after all. Keep reading to get the scoop.

Bold & Beautiful Fans Want To Know What Happens To Liam

Bold & Beautiful fans are wondering if Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will swoop in and save Liam Spencer from an untimely death. He’s been told he has an inoperable brain tumor. However, perhaps there is an ultimate twist that would shake everyone to their core.

What if Liam is really okay and has something else going on, causing his medical issues? Sadly, patients get their charts mixed up all the time. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was seen walking by Finn’s office one day. He said it was to visit an old colleague, but everyone agrees that really doesn’t sound like something Bill would do.

Plus, he has been acting somewhat erratically. After all, he did manage to get a killer pardoned and let her stay at his house while still on house arrest.

Perhaps, the scans with the inoperable brain tumor are really Bill’s scans and not Liam’s. They do share the same last name. If this were the case, then the tables would be turned and everyone would be looking for a miracle cure for Dollar Bill rather than Liam. Family members have told him he’s not acting right and hasn’t been for the past few months. Plus, he was even crying at one point. Could this be the answer as to why? Could a tumor be altering his personality?

Of course, the news would most likely make Liam and Bill settle their disagreements. Maybe Liam would finally hear his dad tell him he loves him. This would be a huge shocker if writers decided to go that way.

If The Twist Doesn’t Happen, What Will Play Out For Liam?

If the shocking twist doesn’t see the light of day, what will happen to Liam? There have been rumors that he could be heading to General Hospital. However, many argue he has signed a two or three-year contract with Bold & Beautiful. 

Right now, it’s anybody’s guess which route writers will choose to go. Maybe Finn really will swoop in and save the day with a miracle cure. Or, perhaps he finds a different location with experimental treatments and has to leave town. This would also give Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) an out for her upcoming maternity leave should she choose to go and stand by Liam’s side.

Regardless, it seems as though, at least for now, writers want Bold & Beautiful fans to believe that Liam’s time is short and running out fast.
