‘Bringing Up Bates’ Major Family Business Officially Shutting Down

Bringing Up Bates stars announce the official closure of a major family business. The Bates family is known for running multiple businesses. Gil owns Bates Tree Service, a tree excavating company located in Tennessee. But aside from his company, some of his kids also run their own. Unfortunately, one of their biggest businesses is closing soon. Keep reading to see what it was.

‘Bringing Up Bates’ Major Bates Family Business Officially Shutting Down

Carlin and Whitney Bates recently made a joint post on the Bates Sisters Boutique’s official IG page to announce the closure of their company. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, they had a hard time writing the post, but it comes with so much gratitude for the memories they made with their clients, customers, fans, and family. “Family has always been at the heart of everything we do, and as that focus grows, it’s time for us to share an important update,” they wrote.

Carlin and Whitney then shared how the boutique started, saying that they never thought the company would grow the way it did. “We’ve learned so much, laughed a lot, and made memories that will always mean the world to us,” they added. Whitney and Carlin then explained that their lives have gotten busier, especially with their growing families. Due to this, they finally decided to close the store, which will be effective in November. “This wasn’t a decision made lightly, but one made with peace and so much gratitude for this season. With full hearts and the sweetest memories, we’ve made the decision to close the boutique when our lease is up in November,” Carlin and Whitney wrote.

The co-owners ended their message by thanking everyone for shopping with them and for encouraging them to keep getting better. “Thank you for loving us, for shopping with us, and for being such an encouragement through every step of this journey. We love you all and are so thankful for every memory made along the way,” Carlin and Whitney said.

Kelly Jo Endorses New Clothing Company

Shortly after the closure announcement of the Bates Sisters Boutique, Kelly Jo took to IG to share a clip of herself gushing over new clothing products. Kelly Jo has been a regular endorser of Carlin and Whitney’s business. It seems the store’s closure opened new opportunities for Kelly Jo and the rest of the family. Kelly Jo clarified that it’s not a paid advertisement, adding that she had already promoted the business before. Many Bringing Up Bates fans were also left in awe by Kelly Jo’s energy.
