‘General Hospital’ New Couple Speculation Giving Fans Cringy Vibes

General Hospital fans think that writers are hinting at a new couple emerging in the coming months, and they are not liking it at all. In the world of soaps, having odd couples is not unusual, as it seems they all flip back and forth at some point.  While some pairings are great ideas and there is chemistry between the actors, this particular couple is giving fans the ick. Who are fans getting cringy vibes about at the moment?

General Hospital Fans Think Couple Idea Is Icky

General Hospital fans are talking on social media platforms about a potential couple pairing that is not sitting well with them. Many think that Dante Falconeri will reunite with Brook Lynne Quartermaine at some point. But this pairing would not be too bad, other than the fact that there are some who like Chase with Brook Lynne.

So, it’s not really these two that would create a huge backlash. Instead, fans have been talking about the possibility of writers putting Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Lulu Spencer together. On social media, one fan started off the conversation by saying,” Seems producers are floating test balloons ~ I’m busting out my childhood slingshot. Jason + Lulu = icky heebie jeebies.”

While some fans agreed this is a bad idea, others said they don’t think that is where writers were trying to go. Some pointed out that Jason and Lulu have always been good friends, and he views her more as a sister than a lover.

So, it looks like it’s not happening, and if it were, the majority of fans would be grossed out by the couple.

There May Be Another Couple Instead

Spoilers are also pointing to Portia Robinson ending up pregnant after having slept with both her husband, Curtis, and co-worker Isaiah Gannon. Late-life pregnancies are not uncommon in soap operas, so it’s entirely feasible that this is a real possibility. Spoilers suggest Portia will receive life-changing news, and this is it.

In previews for the week, a positive pregnancy test is flashed on screen. While most agree it’s most likely Portia with a bun in the oven, some think it could be Josslyn Jacks after her passionate nights with Vaughn. If it is Joss, this could be her way out of the WSB and a way to stay in a relationship with Vaughn.

It looks like another drama-filled week in Port Charles.
